This Privacy Policy explains in simple terms how VIIDEOLAB ("We", "Us", "Our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit or interact with our website at viideolab.com, book our studio spaces, or engage our creative services.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.
1. Do you agree?
When you use our website, it means you agree to these simple rules.
2. What we do
We make videos, take photos, create graphics and brand designs, provide digital marketing and campaign strategy, and rent studio spaces (Podcast, Filming, and TikTok Studios). We also help you book models for shoots. For each job, we will provide a quote stating the price, scope of work, and timeline.
3. Price and booking
When you request a price on our site, that is just an inquiry. Your booking is confirmed only when we approve it in writing and you pay the required advance. All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR / Rs.).
4. Payment
Please pay on time as outlined in your bill. We accept connectIPS and Cash on Delivery where specified. Late payments may cause delays in project delivery. Discount vouchers and coupons are valid only until their stated expiration date.
5. Who owns the work?
All videos, photos, graphics, and designs we create remain our property until full payment is made. Once paid in full, you receive usage rights as agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our online portfolio and gallery unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
6. What we need from you
Please provide accurate information, brand assets, photos, and timely feedback. Delayed responses will push back delivery dates. Any additional work or revisions requested outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
7. Booking models
Adding a model to your cart or request does not guarantee their availability for your selected date. Final model confirmation depends on the model's approval, schedule, and agreed fee, which will be clearly communicated in your quote.
8. Cancel and refund
If you cancel before production or shooting begins, we can refund any unused funds. Once filming, studio rental time, or editing has commenced, payments are non-refundable. Please notify us immediately if your schedule changes.
9. Limitation of liability
If an issue arises, our financial liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid to us for that specific job or service. We are not liable for any secondary or consequential losses.
10. Website usage
Please use our website responsibly. Any attempt to disrupt, exploit, or misuse our platform may result in access being blocked.
11. Privacy
How we collect, handle, and safeguard your data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
12. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised rules.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts in Kathmandu.
